New Age (Roncade - TV)
A quick review in the first act,
a queue of complaints and recriminations in the second
(skip the first part if you just want the bad things).
FIRST ACT : the show.
Before Lawless played two support bands. Rain I have not seen them, but so are always the same. The Shadowside are Brazilian, they have a little woman and the voice sounds like a cross between Iron Maiden and the European power metal. I was not interested in either of them, too focused on the desperate hunt & freaks crammed into a New Age beyond expectation.
A band called WASP, in fact, in 2010 does not exist and perhaps never existed even in the golden years. I have WASP Blackie Lawless. La tanto pubblicizzata “Festa di Halloween” del New Age was an atrocity. Why call 3 different DJs from Noble Pedigree metalheads, then if they are obliged to place the usual "songs from New Age" for use and consumption of the usual customers?
After an encouraging start with a few pieces Hard & Heavy, which bodes well, soon sinks into the usual monotony that makes the room for years always equal to itself, on Saturday night after Saturday night.
